Can I use Noted with any call app?
Yes. Noted captures system audio on your Mac, so it works with Zoom, Google Meet, FaceTime, phone calls, or any app that plays audio through your speakers or headphones. No integrations to set up.
How does the CRM auto-build work?
After each meeting, Noted extracts contacts, companies, and relationships from the conversation. It builds profiles, tracks interaction history, and surfaces relevant context before your next meeting with that person.
Is there really no bot joining my calls?
Correct. Noted captures audio locally on your Mac using system audio capture. No bot, no third-party participant, nothing visible to your counterpart. You decide when and how to disclose you are using AI assistance.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your local data stays on your Mac. Cloud-synced CRM data, summaries, and shared outcomes are retained for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to export everything.
